So, I currently live within the Cincinnati area. Right now its this dinky little farm house with four other people. One of which is my absolute best friend (kind of complicated relationship status but he and I get along just fine) a married couple and the mother/mother-in-law to the married couple. In addition to this little niche there are seven dogs and about 13-15 cats give or take a few. Three of the dogs belong to myself and my friend and they are house broken and generally well behaved. One of them will be getting ESA certified in the very near future.

Here are just some of the pictures I have taken to just give a general explanation of what exactly it is I live in, and have been for a year 1 |2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7

I dread coming home. I have made it a point to where I make sure I stay out as much as possible because I do not want to come home. Tonight has literally been the final straw for me (though its every day lately) Tonight a bitch fit went down from Josh's mother because it is apparently all four of us' fault that she is just so miserable. This woman literally sits around and does absolutely nothing when she gets home from work.

Mind you, the four of us all work also. The Married couple work the night shifts at Waffle House (9PM-7AM) and I work various long hours as a Bather in a Grooming Salon on top of being a Full Time Graphic Designer and a Full Time Student. My friend is hopefully beginning overnights at PetSmart.

But she literally stood there and pointed her fingers at the four of us, cussing at us, yelling at us, patronizing, insulting and humiliating us because she's just so miserable, and apparently we are the ones at fault. She was pissed because dinner didn't get cooked tonight and I refuse to cook in a nasty kitchen in a nasty house. She is an absolute psychopath and I'm just beyond done with it. I've been over it for over a year now and I need to get out. I can't live here and work the jobs I work. Especially if I am an online student and I work via the company online as well. The internet is absolute shit. I didn't know 8Mbps even existed.

My cry out for help is that I am trying to find a decent, affordable apartment for myself, my friend and our three dogs. I've found two places but I don't know Ohio or Cincinnati all that well given I'm not from the area. I need something relatively close to the mason area (living Lebanon now) but something close that isn't going to cost us an arm and a leg. Getting one of the dogs ESA certified will not hinder us from having the exceeded amount of two-three dogs per apartment.

What do you suggest? Apologies for my tangent - but I don't know what else to do and I'm beyond desperate .-.

Im overwhelmed just looking at the pictures, im sorry :( Im not familiar with the area but i found my current apartment on apartmentfinder, you can put in everything that you need (rooms/pets/rent limit/etc)

If your online now, i have nothing to do i wouldnt mind helping you look, how many rooms do you need? Max rent amount? And anything else that you have to have? I know with apartments that allow dogs they make you pay a fee per dog, which is fucking expensive as hell down here, im not sure how bad it is up there.

I don't want to go over 900$ after all is said and done, and the minimum would be roughly $650. I need a two bedroom, Pet friendly (2 dogs and one service dog) , prefer for washer and dryer to be in the units but thats not a major issue. Houses are an option also. Just need something relatively close to Mason OH lol

The animal situation sounds a bit like a hoarding situation, not counting your/your friend's dogs. :/ You can try ApartmentList, which you plug in your info (how much you make, animals, rooms) and it tailors the options to your needs+what you can afford. Definitely worth a shot.

I just signed my lease on Tuesday after determining what to choose as far as apartments go <3 found a one bedroom apartment and its just going to be me and two of my dogs, one of which is certified as an ESA. My lab will be visiting me occasionally as my conflicted relationship situation has decided to help out with watching the dogs and some bills as needed since he's not moving in with me. :1 Super excited for the move, just absolutely terrified also xD

WOOT! That's good to hear, for the most part! Moves are always stressful; I was in a crappy situation and trying to move out "incognito" ( :P ), which ended up not being so incognito sadly. But it gets easier when things are finalized!
